Over the weekend, the LOTTO jackpot soared to an impressive $102,000 and tonight, there are two winners. On Saturday evening two persons held tickets bearing the winning numbers 03-07-14-24-33. This afternoon one of the two winners walked in to the lotto offices to collect his half of the pot. Belarmino Rodriguez says there is no secret to number selection, its just plain luck.
