The MSME Amnesty that government came up with after the whole Andrew Munnings debacle has gotten mixed reviews from small business owners. But, it must be working for government, because they announced today that they are extending it until December 31, 2025.
A release says that it provides additional time for eligible MSME's to clear outstanding business tax penalties and interest, and to qualify for up to one year of business tax exemption.
With the extension, the MSME roadshows continue and the next stop is October 27 at the Belmopan Civic Center.
