They had been found with some serious artillery on October 29 but tonight they are out on bail.
19 year old Brian Herrera, 24 year old Shelton Tillett, and Mickah Thompson appeared in Magistrate's Court for 9 counts of possession of firearms including prohibited firearms. They were granted bail by Magistrate Sharon Frazer for $7,000 each. They are out on the condition that they sign in at court three times a week and that they are not rearrested for a similar offence.
Similar, that is, to October 30th when police intercepted the men inside a stolen vehicle and found twenty-four 5.56 rounds, twenty-five 9 millimeter rounds, a tech-nine semi-automatic pistol, an 47 rifle, a bullet proof vest, 3 masks, 2 black hoods, and 4 rubber gloves.
