The extradition trial for Andrew 'Pawpa' Brown and Floyd Brown continued today. Brown's lead attorney Dean Barrow argued that the affidavit by a US special agent, which is the central piece of evidence, is inadmissible because it is hearsay.

In response, Solicitor General Elson Kaseke told the court that he'd bring the Head of CIB ASP Chester Williams in to court this afternoon to validate that statement from the U.S. agent. But Williams never appeared, and Kaseke told the court he had to go on a special assignment in the San Pedro Area reportedly to look for other persons wanted for extradition.

With that, Chief Magistrate Lord adjourned the case until tomorrow, warning that they must press on because the liberty of individuals is at stake.
