But before we revisit those politics....Belmopan police have no clue who or what killed a man found yesterday near Saturday Creek adjacent to Banana Bank but they're almost sure it was murder. Police found the decomposed body of a Hispanic male wearing jeans and a green t-shirt floating in the river; his feet were tied together and a rope had been strung around his waist; that rope was tied through three cement bricks.
The police medical officer was able to determine that he had died on Wednesday but no signs of violence were observed; he had no bullet or knife wounds and no signs of violence. Still the circumstances tell police it was murder, but no cause of death could be determined due to the advanced state of decomposition. The body was buried on site this morning. Presently police have no missing persons report that match the description.
