This afternoon we were informed that UDP messenger Brian “Yellowman” Audinett took the money to Virginia Foreman’s home. He says he went upstairs to her home and asked her to sign for it. But Yellowman told us that she refused to accept it, and told him that first she needed to speak to her advisor. And he says that she then told him that her advisor told her not to take anything from Peyrefitte. And this is where it gets a little kicksey. Today Virginia Foreman was at the office of her new attorney Dickie Bradley. She told us that yes, all she wants is her money but when she saw Yellowman, it didn’t seem quite right.
Virginia Foreman, Wants Money from Mike Peyrefitte
“Mr. Peyrefitte represented me in a suit I had with the government and it was settled but I was never informed about it. All I want is to get my money from Mr. Peyrefitte. This has nothing to do with politics. This has nothing to do with politics. I gave him the case, I retained him as a lawyer, and all I want is my money. I trusted him. if I didn’t trust him, I wouldn’t have attained him as my lawyer. I had Kirk Anderson first, he was paid and I let Peyrefitte finish it off and all I want is money.
Now he has received this money and I know nothing about it, absolutely nothing about it. He never got in touch with me, he never wrote me a letter, and told me here is your money, come and pick it up. I live in Houston and I come back and forth, back and forth and time and time again I go to his office and I ask him what’s going on and nothing, no answer.
The last trip I made here this year, I saw him, I met him at the Belize Global Airlines (sic). I went up to him, I embraced him and I hugged him up, and I asked him what’s going on. He said nothing. I asked what happened to my money, if you don’t have my money in the bank well then I am losing interest. He said don’t worry about it, your money is safe. That’s all he told me.”
Keith Swift,
Now this afternoon a messenger tried to deliver the check to you but you refused to accept it. Why is that?
Virginia Foreman,
“First of all the guy that came there, I don’t know who he was. He started yelling my name outside on the verandah and scared the heck out of me because I don’t know who he was. And then he came into my living room and said, ‘here, I bring the check for you. I want you to sign this paper for Mr. Peyrefitte.’ How will I accept a check? I don’t know who he is, I don’t know how much money I am supposed to get, and I don’t what amount the check is made out to. So I didn’t.
Moreover, he had instructions for him, whenever he got the money, to deposit it at the Belize Bank in my account and in turn the Belize Bank is supposed to open a certificate of deposit in my account where it would be gaining interest. But for two years, it looks as though he had gotten this money. I knew nothing of it, I was never informed. He knows where I live. How come he found me this morning? How come he found where I live and for two years he didn’t try to find me but he found me all of a sudden after I came on Positive Vibes. He found on the street.”
Foreman was at Bradley’s office working on a legal strategy to get back the money. No word on whether that legal strategy includes going to Peyrefitte’s office to pick up the check that we are informed is there, cut and waiting for her.
