Chinese Brothers Charged for Robbery

Two Chinese brothers - David and Henry Tsai are out on bail tonight after being charged for robbing a 15 year old SJC student. The alleged victim is Jason Chan. He told police that in April the Tsai brothers robbed him of $10. But it didn’t end there, at least according to Jason Chan. He told police that last Thursday August 30th the Tsai brothers again demanded money from him. This time they wanted one hundred dollars and when he didn’t give them – he claims they beat him. The Tsai brothers were charged with robbery, attempted robbery, and wounding. They pleaded not guilty and were released on bail of $5,000 each.
