Our next story is not for everyone: if there are children around, or animal lovers, they should sit this one out. Trust me it doesn’t get any stranger than this. Today fifty eight year old Salvadoran national Brigido Majano, a watchman who resides and works in the Albert Street West area was taken over to Magistrate’s Court…...accused of having sex with a female dog, what’s worse, he stole the dog! And more than that, the police caught him in the act!
It happened on Monday, October thirteenth. That’s when a woman who lives in the area called the police to say that the watchman had stolen her dog. Well the cops responded and found Brigido Majano lying under the dog having sex with the animal. He was immediately taken into custody, arrested and charged with an unnatural crime. In court Brigido Majano pled guilty and when asked if he is suffering from a mental disorder he replied that he simply does not have the strength to talk to a woman.
Those close to the investigation report that while the accused was being interviewed he told authorities that he did not steal the dog; he animal jumped over the fence and came to him and when it started wagging its tail, he could not resist. According to reports Brigido Majano has told police that it is not the first time that he has had sex with the animal. Court reports are that while the accused has pled guilty for his crime, the court has not yet accepted the plea pending the outcome of a psychiatric evaluation.
Brigido Majano however was remanded until November fourteenth when he is scheduled to reappear in Magistrate’s Court. The law states that any person who is found guilty of having carnal intercourse with an animal can serve up to ten years in jail.
