Police say that at around 9 am, 29 year old Milton Larios – a resident of Duck Run Three – was driving alone in his 2004 Ford Ranger Pickup Truck. He fell asleep on Route 35 in Spanish Lookout and lost control of the pickup. It flipped several times during which the left front fender, front tire, bonnet, and passenger doors were damaged. The pickup landed in the drain. Larios was flung from the vehicle. He received severe head injuries and was pronounced dead on arrival at the San Ignacio Town Hospital,
We are told also that there was a fatal road accident at mile two and a half on the Western Highway around 6:40 this evening. Details are not confirmed but we do know that a pickup knocked down and ran over a man who is believed to have died instantly.
