33 –year-old Felipe Kotch,, a bus conductor of Benque Viejo who allegedly had sex with a 15-year-old girl in a bus parked on Cemetery Road near the Pound Yard Bridge, was charged with two counts of unlawful carnal knowledge when he appeared today in the Number three Magistrate's court. Magistrate Kathleen Lewis explained to Kotch that she cannot take a plea from him because the offences are indictable. She also explained to Kotch that the court cannot offer him bail because of the nature of the offences.
She remanded him into custody until May 31st. The girl, a high school student, reported to the police that the first incident occurred in March, 2010 and the second incident occurred around 8:30 A.M. on April 18th. She said the bus was parked in a lot on Cemetery Road near the Pound Yard Bridge.
