Police have finally provided details about a teenager who was chopped on Sunday after the National Agriculture and Trade Show. At around 7:00PM, 18-year-old Brandon Reyes Thomas, a construction worker from Camalote Village, was walking along with some friends in Roaring Creek Village. Upon reaching onto Cooperation Avenue, they were approached by a group of young men. An argument started, and ended when 29-year-old Darrell Bodden, a construction worker of Another World area in Roaring Creek chopped him in the head.
Yesterday, police formally arrested and charged Bodden with aggravated assault and wounding. The chopping was reportedly retaliation for a previous incident in Roaring Creek.
