Nineteen year old Saul Garcia and two minors, one of them a 17 year old girl and the other her 14 year old brother, were charged with keeping firearm and ammunition without a gun license when they appeared today in Magistrate's Court. Garcia, a construction worker of Rhaburn Ridge Village, pleaded not guilty to the charges. So did the girl. The 14 year old boy wanted to plead guilty to the charges with an explanation but senior Magistrate Sharon Fraser did not accept his guilty plea because he was not represented by a parent or guardian. They were all remanded into custody until April 21. The police reported that when they searched Garcia's residence at Rhaburn ridge they found a 20 gauge shotgun with two 20 guage cartridges. The boy said he found the shotgun in a crocus sack while he was cutting Garcia's yard.
