Dangerous Criminal On The Loose

31 year old Fabian Bain also known as Carlos Escalante is at large tonight. He has one of the most prolific criminal records around, with murder charges going back to late 90's - when he was charged for killing his own grandfather. More recently, he has been on remand since 2006 - charged with his fourth murder - but he's never been convicted. And this morning at 11:45 am, he escaped from his guards at the junction of the Hattieville/Boom Road.

According to authorities, he is considered dangerous and those who see him should call the nearest police station or 0-800-922-tips.
