The house of Police Constable Jamil Scott was searched by his own police department this afternoon. The search was allegedly conducted as a result of monies stolen from the exhibit room which police believe he may have some involvement in.
According to his family, those suspicions arose after police started noticing a financial upgrade and seem to think it is connected to the stolen money.
But they say they can account for all those changes with legitimate earnings and also said that Scott doesn't even have a key for the exhibit room- only his supervisor does.
During this afternoon search, Constable Jamil Scott's brother - William Scott- was allegedly beaten by police. Via voice recording, the Scott family told us what happened:…

"I don't know anything about that. i see they came to arrest him and they say that he stole money from the exhibit room, they say that he stole the money for his wedding. My other son do upholstery and he lends him some money for his wedding and after that I went to Princess and I won $4,000 - $2,000 US dollars at Princess border."
Again it wasn't Constable Jamil Scott who was beaten. It was his brother William Scott who allegedly had words for police.
