Twenty seven year old Ricky Valencio - the man accused of carrying out a botched execution attempt on the Prime Minister's law partner and then allegedly robbing an Orange Walk Bank - is out on bail again.
He was offered bail for attempted murder and robbery in two separate cases today in the courtroom of Justice Herbert Lord. Valencio was offered a bail of twenty five thousand dollars for the attempted murder of attorney Rodwell Williams which occurred in June 2010. He had already been on bail for that offence but his bail was revoked when he was charged for another offence - a bank robber.
Valencio was offered a bail of fifteen thousand dollars for the robbery of the Heritage Bank in Orange Walk, which occurred on April 5, 2011. Valencia met bail for both offences. The bails were offered on the condition that he reports to the police station every Monday and Friday.
