Residents of the violence fatigued city were once again treated to a raw dose of senseless, brutal shootings which not only further frayed their nerves but took the life of another son of the soil. A child was also a victim of the same incident.

According to residence MAURICE NEAL and JESICCA CADLE were at a grocery store when they were caught in a barrage of bullets fired from the gun of an assailant. Neal was fatally wounded while Cadle suffered injuries caused by the pellets. The assailants then ran back into Berkeley Street in the direction of George Street. "Like six gun shots from his neck, wrist, back, shoulder and more."

Monica Bodden
"I mean, you understand where he was at the time of the incident?"

Voice of Jaclyn Henry, Sister-in-law
"He was nowhere far, right across from this shop, he went to buy cigarette, because he was waiting on some men to come pick him up to do another job before the went back home. As my sister, we are just trying our best to be there for her and the kids and people just don't know when they commit this murder - this senseless murders - especially with people that don't do anything. It's like what she said; it doesn't hurt her that he died, because it's for everybody. What hurts her is because they chanced him out of his life. Maurice don't trouble nobody and the person that did it, all I can say to them - may God be with you, we don't want no justice. Every time I hear people ask for justice. We don't want any, because it will not bring him back. The government - they are just waste of time, no use with them, because at the end of the day they don't even try to do anything. They need to start to hang people."
