On Friday afternoon, 35 year old Mennonite businessman Wendellin Reimer was murdered during a robbery at his business, Eagle One Hardware at mile four and a half on the northern highway.
Today one of the three persons believed to have been involved in the murder, was taken to court. He is 24 year old Nicholas Swazo - and we can't show you his picture tonight because Police say they haven't finished their identification parades and do not want to prejudice the process.
He appeared in court today where he was charged for murder and was remanded until November 11th. Police are looking for two other men to charge them for murder.
The threesome went into Eagle One early on Friday afternoon, pretended to make a purchase - and then pulled out a gun. Reimer dashed to get out of the store, but they shot him fatally in the head as he was fleeing.
