Police Kill Mentally Unstable Man In Toledo

Today police killed a mentally unstable man in Big Falls village. Best information says that a special constable in the village along with a regular constable was called to respond to a case of Moses Williams, a man in his 20's with known mental problems, who was exhibiting violent and aggressive behavior.

When they got there, Williams was reportedly brandishing a machete, and chopped the special constable on his fingers. The police constable then shot him in the right leg. He was rushed to the hospital in PG Town, but apparently the gunshot punctured a major artery in his leg and he died at 8:30 am.

The special constable was taken to the southern regional hospital.
