Our next story is about a crash at a roundabout - where we don't know if the driver passed their driving test - but we can say for sure, that they failed the Rotary's four way test!

That's because they careened into the rotary roundabout at mile one on the northern highway - plowing over the solid steel four way test sign. The Ford Escape was seen straddling the roundabout at dawn. The driver was either drunk or going to fast, missed the turn at the roundabout completely, and hurtled over the roundabout.

The vehicle was pulled out by 8:30 am, and Rotarian Francis Woods who built the roundabout for his organization says they have no idea who's responsible. He says when he built it he did not cement in the steel posts because he suspected that someday someone would crash into it. He says they had planned to do a makeover on the roundabout shortly, and this just steps things up.
