40 year-old John Leslie, who has face multiple charges in connection with child molestation, has been ordered by the Magistrate's Court to stand trial in the Supreme Court for 2 counts of sexual assault, and 1 count of unlawful sexual intercourse.

That was the decision that Senior Magistrate Aretha Ford made after holding a preliminary inquiry to consider whether or not there is enough evidence against him. Leslie, who is currently serving 5 years for sexual assault against a 5 year-old toddler, is accuse of sexually assaulting an 11 year-old child in Ladyville in July of 2016. He is also accused of forcing himself on the child in August 2016.

When the court asked him if he will be calling any witnesses in his defense, he told the court that he intends to call his wife and a friend to testify on his behalf. The Senior Magistrate has committed him to stand trial in the October Sessions of the Supreme Court.
