Tonight, whistleblower Brady Tillett is revealing more about his dealings with senior police officers - including one of them who is his neighbor.

Tillett, as you will recall, came forward yesterday - 4 weeks after he was first detained and charged by police. His frustration is that the cop took his three cellular phones - and refused to account for them or to return them. He says senior police are after his phones because of evidence he has on them - evidence of business dealings with and for at least one senior officer.

Tonight, in part two of our interview with him, Tillett - who is not a police officer - alleges that he had free use of a police mobile attached to that senior officer:

When they search your house on a police complaint, it says that you were found with SPU pants. How did you get an SPU Pants.

"Well, I have certain very good information me and me and the senior officer firstly is the persons who is in charge of that unit - he is my neighbor - I usually am in the police mobile, driving the police mobile, unmarked vehicle for the police too. Several times, not one, two, or three times. Over and over, you know? Whenever I need to go anywhere and I give him a money, a $150, I can go anywhere in that vehicle, you know."

Jules Vasquez:
But you aren't a police officer.

Brady Tillett, Says Police Targeting His Phones
"No I am not a police officer, I am not even a special constable now."

Jules Vasquez:
"But you are extended these privileges….why?"

Brady Tillett, Says Police Targeting His Phones
"Well, because I do certain work for him. I have where we move explosives from certain places and take it to his. Also have the video and everything there to prove, you know, have every everything to prove."

Jules Vasquez:
"But these officers, sir, are there to conduct duties to uphold the law, to, to protect and serve, so to speak. You are painting another dystopian picture, you're painting a picture like it's a, it's a, it's just a criminal organization."

Brady Tillett, Says Police Targeting His Phones
"It's a criminal enterprise, not an organization. Enterprise."

We did reach out to ASP Aaron Gamboa with these allegations. He told us that if Tillett has any complaint against him - he should take it to the Professional Standards Branch. Gamboa also let us speak to another officer who said that he signed for the explosives. Tillett says he brought in those explosives from Arenal without a permit.
