International GIS day was observed today and it celebrates the application of Geographic information systems in Schools, civil sectors, and a number of global entities.
As a result of this, Total Business Solutions, along with ESRI, UNICEF, DIGI and MOE organized a GEO Education Expo to expose school children to the uses and benefits of GIS technologies. Jomarie Lanza was there and here's her report.
