Belize is not the only country that remains on high alert for any possible Screwworm cases within the region. Mai says that their Mexican and American Counterparts have also expressed their deep concern on the impacts this may have on their livestock industry. He says that both countries have committed to assist Belize in financing their preventative efforts.
