She was flown out to Nashville Tennessee yesterday and tonight 22-year-old Alashika Sterling is in critical condition at the Hendersonville Medical Care Center.

Sterling is there for a kidney transplant and word from her chaperone Derek Aikman is that she was immediately admitted into the critical care unit where doctors are attempting to lower the level of toxins in her system. Sterling is accompanied by her brother and mother who are staying at the home of a Belizean living in Nashville, Marva Wilson. Incidentally, Wilson's son-in-law Dr. Dwayne Harrison is leading the team of doctors caring for Alashika.

When her condition allows it, she will be transferred to Vanderbilt Hospital.
