NCFC Scolds Those Who Didn't Try And Save Gabriel

Untitled Document The National Commission for Families and Children issued a release today sending their condolences to The family of 6 year old Pablo Gabriel Orellano. Their release details

"We thank those citizens who tried to intervene to protect this wandering child. Your attention and efforts show that we have caring citizens. We wish that more was done by bystanders who were not vigilant enough or who chose to not intervene."

The NCFC also attached several emergency contacts encouraging the public to make use of in an attempt to prevent this incident from recurring in the future.
