If you have a copy of this first November 2015 edition of the Belize Times - save it! It might be the last one you'll see in a while. The PUP party paper has not come since the week before elections and none is expected this week again. The headline said "Save Belize" but it may as well have said "Save Belize Times" because we understand the PUP currently doesn't have the finance to produce the paper, and staff aren't sure whether they are coming or going - they just know that right now they don't have a job. Yesterday, the party Chairman told the media that they hope to work it out and that the notice of a national convention has to be published in the Times so the paper will have to be printed. He didn't say when.
