Chester Still Wrasslin' The Police Association

It seems like ever since he became commissioner 15 months ago, Chester Williams has been at war with the Police Association led by Corporal Eldon Arzu. And now, Arzu and 6 executive members who've been nominated can't get endorsed or elected to their posts because Williams doesn't want to accept it â š¬ even though they are the only ones nominated.
