And Espat was on a roll because when our news director, Jules Vasquez, questioned him about reports of contracts the Espat promised to provide, they too went at it. Espat said he was going to ask his CEO to provide these reports at the start of April, but 9 days in, and these reports have yet to be distributed to the media.
Indeed, we did received a picture of a cover page from his CEO Victor Espat, but when we asked for just a verbal commitment - it turned into something else completely - which is perhaps more entertaining than it is edifying:
We await the report which indeed his CEO has told us is being finalized.
