And before Minister Fonseca spoke to us, we tried to get the other members of the negotiating team. Fonseca's office is on the compound, so he had to stick around, but the others got into their "ministerial drives" and headed for the gate in a single line. Minister of State Christopher Coye was the first out the gate and he indicated that we should check with the others for an interview. Minister Henry Charles Usher didn't even lower his window. And DPM Cordel Hyde gave us a 25 second interview before driving away from our cameras.

"We had a very engaging meeting as usual, very serious, very productive, I think. I think we are much further than we were a couple weeks ago."

"Were there negotiations rather than discussions this time around?"

"I think we're at a good place."
