But first the prime minister has to focus on the budget, which won't be ready for the end of the fiscal year in two weeks.

Which is why he says he needs the services of his Minister of State Chris Coye:

John Briceno, Prime Minister

"That's one of the things that Mr Coye is going to be working on with us either as a minister of state of whatever form but he will be helping to reshape the budget. Obviously we will not be able to finish it before the end of the month but I don't see why it shouldn't go beyond April, a lot of it has been done but there are some tweaks here and there to make sure we can present a budget that is workable."

Reporter:
"Are we looking at over a billion again?"

John Briceno, Prime Minister
"Of course, it is over a billion, especially when it comes to expenses, once we reach to a point, it's difficult, especially a lot of reoccurring expenses, I think reoccurring expenses I think is already over a billion dollars and it's difficult to cut on that."
