JLSC Rejects Complaint Of Judicial Misconduct

Months ago, activist Jerry Enriquez accused Justice Tawanda Hondora of judicial misconduct for allegedly pre-judging a case which Enriquez and before him.

He made a complaint to the Judicial and Legal Services Commissioning in April and they sent him a reply earlier this week.

It says "The complaint was dismissed on the grounds that the threshold basis was not met to warrant any further action by the Commission."

That means that the complaint did not meet the threshold for misconduct as established in previous cases.
