Jerome Will Go It Alone On The Hummingbird

Tonight, paraplegic Jerome Flores is preparing to ride his Recumbent Trike from Belmopan to Dangriga which starts tomorrow morning at dawn. But he'll have to do it alone because his riding partner, Adrian Camara, has been forced to withdraw.

Camara, who was born without legs, must get urgent medical attention in Mexico due to bladder and lung infections. He accompanied Jerome on his rides in 2009 & 2010.

According to a release form the OCEANA Foundation, Jerome said he is now even more motivated to succeed for his friend. His ride goes from in front of the National Assembly Building in Belmopan and ends November 19th in Dangriga, where Jerome will participate in the Garifuna Settlement Day Parade.
