Tomorrow night at 7 p.m. is set for the time when a delegation of Guatemalan Boxers will compete against their Belizean counterparts.
And one female boxer will participate in the biggest match she's had so far, so yesterday, 7News caught up with her to talk shop about it.
Here's how that conversation went:
Reneau told us how she got to this point within the boxing ranks of Belize
Pauline Reneau - Female Boxer

"Discipline and making sure that I'm doing all my works - road works, skipping, shadow box, punch the bag, a little bit of glove work in the gym ever so often. Mr. Smart as usual helped me out with everything I need to know, he helps with me with my little mistakes and that's it."
James Adderly - Promoter
"Do you feel overwhelmed by the fact that you're going up against very high level opposition?"
Pauline Reneau
"No sir, I'm very excited. I like a little bit of a challenge."
James Adderly
"What kind of a fight do you intend to produce Friday night - will you go up offensive, defensive - are you going to wait and see? What's your game plan?"
Pauline Reneau
"Well first I'm going to show skills, I'm going to box - I'm not coming to fight, be on high alert for a lot of defense and I make sure that I have my defense a lot."
James Adderly
"The last time I saw you it was at that fight at Bird's Isle. Do you think that you have improved from that particular level that you displayed at that time?"
Pauline Reneau
"Most likely I have because that fight, well I wasn't feeling it - I only used one hand for that fight and this time I will use two hands. I'm coming to win."
James Adderly
"In terms of receiving blows - I know you work out with the guys - do you think you're capable to take a good blow and move on?"
Pauline Reneau
"I don't think - I know. After working out with Max and Sherman, I know that I am ready for this fight. These guys have a lot of experience so I know I am ready."
James Adderly
"What do you want to tell the Belizean public to expect from Pauline Reneau?"
Pauline Reneau
"Well since I'm the first female boxer from Belize, I'm coming home with the trophy - I'm going to win."
James Adderly
"Can I bet on that?"
Pauline Reneau
"Yes!"
James Adderly
"Tickets will be on sale starting 9:30am tomorrow all day at the Belize Biltmore Plaza and as we've told the fans already we only have 650 tickets to sell so the soon you make that move the better. If you want to contact us by telephone you can call 664-9639."
And this afternoon, the Guatemalan Delegation arrived, and we got a chance to meet them. We'll be there tomorrow night to give a blow by blow look at the fight card.
