Caye Chapel Up for Sale

Caye Chapel is home to one of Belize's most upscale resorts, and is the private playground of Kentucky coal magnate Larry Addington. But now Caye Chapel is for sale. According to a report on the internet, the 265 acre island is selling for US$75 million. It features over 13 thousand feet of beachfront, an 18 hole golf course, and has hosted such luminaries as Tiger Woods, Beyonce, and most notably, a stellar cast of Cabinet all stars who collectively took some quiet time on the island in October of 2006. According to the internet report, the island is for sale by Coldwell Banker Morrison's private islands.
