Michael Swift Takes Over BELTRAIDE

In August we told you about problems at BELTRAIDE with Executive Director Guadalupe Lima. She was at the center of all kinds of chaos in the office and it led to the resignation of Board chairman Jeffrey Locke.

Since then, she’s moved on and now a replacement has now been hired. He is Michael Swift, who according to a government release has worked in “several multinational companies in the Caribbean and the United States.”
