And that's not the only beef Yohnny has with City Hall. He says they double charged his trade license fee - and then threatened to close him down immediately when he didn't pay the overcharge. Here's complaint #2 from the much persecuted Mr Rosado:

"The stop order came with a bill. You have to go pay your bill or else cease and desist now. So I didn't have time to argue. In fact, I went to city council, I have a couple of the councillors who are my friends and I tried to call them, but like the young man from the southside that was on the news recently, whenever you knock doors, there are no doors, like they literally lock all the doors on you. So, I went to city council and look for the manager, nobody wants to see me. All they want is for you to go pay. So I paid it."

"$1,900 plus."

"So you paid twice?"
Yohnny Rosado
"Yes."

"And you haven't taken up this case and gone there and said here is my receipt."
Yohnny Rosado
"For this same reason I am having this press conference for the people and this nation and intellectuals working at the city council to know that they get very arrogant when you go to them. You show them the receipts and no, no please go pay, then come back to me. It's like they are hungry for money. They refused it and so I just went to pay. I got so frustrated, I just paid it and went back home with the evidence that I was charged twice."
"I had many press conferences. I remember the camera guys when the UDP was in and I lashed out Mr. Dean Barrow and I lashed out after the UDP and now thank God I bear it and a year after to tell this government that you are doing the same or probably worse."
