And finally tonight, one avid Scratch and Win player is $30,000 dollars richer after he bought a lucky ticket. 81-year-old Gilroy, who lives in Belize City, came by our studio yesterday to tell us about his plans for the money.

"Well in between sometimes I use to get like a little $100, two different times, but mostly off these tickets, $3."

"And now you won $30,000 so what are you going to do with it?"

"I got my house to fix. So in my prayers to the Lord, I got my house to fix, I need a cement house, to put on a piece for the 6x10 for the kitchen area."

"So your family must have been excited when you told them."

"I never been so excited because I get something like $1,200 already. I didn't get excited, some people get excited, they cry, they do all kinds of things."
