The documents show that at the end of July 2018, Kenny Zheng and Annie Zhu of San Andres, Corozal bought the two parcels of land from Recondev for a total of $610,000.
Parcels 5624 and 11214 - are a combined 12 acres.
In a letter, the then General Manager of Recondev said they are desirous of beginning construction on the land
But today, it is the same as it was 6 years ago: raw bush, undeveloped, low-lying and adjacent to sewage ponds.
Residents of Cohune Walk report that during the rainy season they have to live with that scent, but the Prime Minister didn't seem too concerned when we asked him about it two weeks ago.
