Red Bank Village Chairman Charged For Rape

A village chairman has been charged for rape, he is Kenroy Cal the chairman of Red Bank village.

A report made by the 21 year old victim from Independence Village details that on Sunday morning at 3:30, Cal took her into a dark building and forced himself onto her, while his friend stood guard at the door.

The victim managed to escape with the help of her friend, she clambered over a fence even as she claims Cal was grabbing at her.

A medical examination was conducted on her where bruises were found on her thigh and stomach. 24 year old Kenroy Cal was formally arrested and charged for the crime of Rape on Monday, while his accomplice, 21 year old Ralph Acal was charged with Abetment to commit rape.
