Still, tonight staff from the four companies involved are very concerned about what lies ahead for them - and we're talking hundreds of people. But, tonight, things remain static, no decision to move forward has been taken.

And some of the pushback from the directors has been dissatisfaction with the financials forecasts given to them. And we have asked why no international expert was brought in to do an independent assessment.

MOORE's Belize LLP was the accounting firm chosen to assess and evaluate the financial aspect of this acquisition. Ian Cleverly, Digi's Financial Officer and Senior Partner for MOORE's Reynaldo Magana broke down why Moore was chosen and why it's a good fit:

Ian Cleverly, Chief Financial Officer - Digi
"MOORE'S have had access to their global team to support us on the technical evaluations, the pricing mechanisms. So we've had, we have had expertise from outside of Belize, outside of LATAM, working with MOORE's. So we've used a global global firm to do that for us."

Reynaldo Magana, Senior Partner - Moore Belize LLP
"For this engagement, for this engagement they had also worked on major engagements in Brazil such as the Telamon Group which is a group that generates over 5 billion in revenues in Brazil. So we have the experience in the telecom sector and also experience in mergers and acquisitions and also valuation services done internationally and globally."
