But what they aren't telling you about the acquisition is how it will impact the staff of the companies being acquired. As is well established, mergers and acquisitions often result in layoffs.
When asked about employee protection this is what the Chairman had to say:

"Let me let me finish up out of respect for you. You know, give me an opportunity. The company is always looking for opportunities to grow as we continue to grow towards a more techno driven company as well, we believe there will be enough opportunities to place a lot more people into the organization. The companies will not disappear overnight. There will be a long period of transition. Right. So that's the best way I can answer it."
