Prison Escapee Captured

He's been in and out of the hands of the law since he was a minor, and 20 year old Chester Noralez must have learned the ropes at Hattieville so well, that he's figured out how to slip through them. Yesterday at 1:30 p.m., during recreation period, Noralez slipped out of the watch of prison guards. Authorities responded quickly, and by 8:30 p.m., a joint prison and police team had tracked down Noralez in Ladyville. Noralez was returned to the prison where he was serving a 20 year term. It is not clear if he will be charged for escape, or, if he will receive corporal punishment.
