Accused Killer in Family Court

He's accused of shooting Kareem "Butchie" Broaster 9 times with a 9-millimeter pistol - but today 17-year-old Darrington Luriano didn't go before the Chief Magistrate - the minor went instead to the Family Court. He appeared this afternoon before the Family Court Magistrate. But while Luriano appeared in a low impact court setting, he still accused of a capital offence and he was remanded without bail. The 17 year old was caught on Wednesday after being on the run for 13 days and after allegedly shooting Broaster on North Creek Road on the afternoon of January 15.
