A twenty year old woman appeared in court today after threatening her 1 year 4 month old brother with a knife. Dominique Montejo appeared before magistrate Sharon Frazer where she was charged with aggravated assault. This after her mother Anna Montejo told police that Dominique had pulled a knife and threatened her 1 year 4 month old brother on Monday of this week.
The mother told the court that Dominique tried to poison her as well. Despite this she told the court that she wanted to withdraw the charges but wanted her 20 year old daughter out of her house. Frazer however stated that she could not withdraw the charges as that was not in the best interest of the child and proceeded to grant Dominique bail of 3 thousand dollars and the matter was adjourned until October 26th.
