Hero Cop's Brother is Now Accused Rapist

His brother, police constable Lazaro Catch was a hero when he saved two persons from almost certain death as they were trapped inside a burning house in the Bailar Area, but tonight, his little brother Apolonio Catch is making the headlines for far less glamorous reasons. 18 year old Apolonio, a Xaibe villager, is alleged to have raped a 13 year old female also from the village. According to the minor she was visiting a neighbor's house, when he pulled her into a room and raped her. Catch has been charged for rape and unlawful carnal knowledge.
