Tennis Thief Busted

A thief was busted in act early this morning trying to steal a pair of tennis shoes from a Belize City verandah. Around 1:00 am, Emir Reyes was preparing for bed when he told 7NEWS when he heard his dogs barking. He looked outside and that's when Reyes says he saw a man running with a pair of tennis shoes which just happened to be his. Reyes chased down the culprit, and police later arrived and detained the suspect.
