Police today formally arraigned a Guatemalan man for the stabbing death of 42-year-old Andres Torres. This morning police took 65 year old Francisco Orellano of an Antelope Street address in Belize City to Magistrate's Court where he was formally charged with murder. This comes after the stabbing death of Andres Torres who was fatally wounded as he rode his bicycle in the Gibnut Street area on Tuesday afternoon. It is believed that Orellano was the same man seen by area residents fleeing from the scene shortly after the stabbing incident. Investigators believe the two, who had worked together, had a standing disagreement over money and when they met on the street it escalated first into fight and then a knife attack.
