Tropic Air Employee Shot on Way Home

This evening around 6:00 pm a Tropic Air employee was shot at the corner of St. Matthews and St. Charles Streets. Information is very sketchy at this point but what we do know is this: Loren Augustus was leaving Tropic Air's main office at the Municipal Airstrip at 6:00 pm when he was shot by a gunman on a bicycle. The injury was not fatal and he was rushed to the hospital, where he is in the emergency room. We'll have more on this shooting in tomorrow night's newscast.
