Riot Squad Preparing...

In what may be a premonition of the rough times ahead, officers from the Eastern Division seemed to be doing live, real time riot drills today. This afternoon officers suited up in their riot gear and marched though the city's downtown area on Albert and Queen Streets. What was the occasion? Well Officer in Charge of Eastern Division Assistant Commissioner of Police Crispin Jeffries declined comment and said it was routine training. Routine or not, the training literally stopped traffic and left many wondering.
