Last night on 7NEWS a 15-year-old boy recounted his 6 hour ordeal with a sexual predator who allegedly lured him into a van and then took him, against his will, to a house in Burrell Boom where he was sodomized. Today the man accused of the disturbing crime was charged and jailed. He is 35-year-old Trevor Henry who is a trucker of a Kraal Road Address. He was arraigned in Magistrate's Court this afternoon for having sex with the teen boy against the order of nature.
Henry was arraigned before Magistrate Harry Hulett where he proclaimed his innocence. Henry claims that he was picked up by police last night for questioning and didn't expect to be charged. When asked if he understood the charges, Henry said no and then he got into a testy back and forth with the Magistrate.
Hulett put that to an end when he remanded Henry to the Hatieville prison and adjourned the case until next Friday July 8th. In the meantime, CIB investigators continue to investigate Henry and may bring more sodomy related charges.
